Warmth, hospitality and a breathtaking view on the shores of Lake Oeschinen. The self-service restaurant at 1,500 m above sea level, which is now run by the fifth generation, looks back on a family tradition of over 130 years and has been owned by the Wandfluh family since it was built in 1892.

There is a campsite in the village of Kandersteg with good infrastructure and public transport connections. There is also the Frutigresort Camping site in Frutigen.
Designated parking spaces for coaches are available at the Sunnbüel valley station. Advance booking at info@sunnbuel.ch is recommended.

The journey from the valley station to the Sunnbüel mountain station takes around 8 minutes and offers beautiful views.
From Kandersteg station, the AFA bus line 241 takes you directly to the bus stop at the Sunnbüel valley station. Bus connections are coordinated with train arrivals.
Paid parking spaces are available directly at the Sunnbüel valley station.
Seasonal or annual parking passes are not currently available.
Parking is subject to a fee. Payment can be made in cash or conveniently via app.
Motorhome parking spaces are located in the village of Kandersteg. There are currently no parking spaces available directly at the Sunnbüel valley station due to construction work.
