A relaxed and professionally led day-long course in an alpine setting.

Together with an experienced instructor, participants will explore the world of barefoot running—
—through exercises, technique training, mindful movement, and nature experiences around Sunnbüel.

This course is designed for health-conscious individuals and nature lovers—even those with no prior athletic experience.
