Luftseilbahn Kandersteg-Sunnbüel (Gemmi) AG

The purpose of the Company is to operate an aerial cablecar from Kandersteg to the Gemmi Pass sports area. While maintaining its character as a profit-making business, the Company shall promote, as far as possible, all branches of mountain and ski sports. The Company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, acquire interests in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire similar or related companies or merge with such companies, acquire, manage and sell real estate and enter into all transactions and contracts that are suitable for promoting the purpose of the Company or that are directly or indirectly related to that.
